What should I do if my sofa bed cover has wrinkles after unpacking?
It's normal for fabric to have wrinkles after being vacuum-packed. Most wrinkles will naturally disappear within a few days. If you'd like faster results, use a handheld steamer to gently remove them.

How are KHOY sofa beds delivered?
King and Queen sofa beds are delivered in two boxes, each weighing up to 44 lbs. Twin sofa beds and poufs are delivered in a single box weighing up to 44 lbs.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the United States typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. KHOY offers free shipping and free returns.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically shipped weekly on Thursdays. Orders placed by Sunday will be dispatched the following Thursday.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Will the shipping company contact me?
Depending on the carrier and delivery location, you may receive email or text notifications regarding your delivery status.
What happens if I'm not home when my order is delivered?
